PMU STUDIO POLICIES
Appointment
Beauty Chemistry, LLC requires that clients first schedule a free consultation prior their procedure in order to have all their questions answered as well as to evaluate if they're a good candidate for the procedure requested.
If appointments aren’t available during your desired date and time, we will add your name to a wait list and in the event of a cancellation, you will be contacted by text or email.
Arrival
Please arrive to your appointment on time. If you arrive later than 20minutes to your scheduled appointment, your appointment will be canceled as it is not enough time to finish your service until the next appointment after you. In that case you will need to reschedule your appointment as well as place a new deposit.
Rescheduling, Cancellations, No-Shows
At least 4 days must be given for rescheduling or cancelations.
Deposits
$100 deposits are required for all clients to secure your appointment. This amount goes towards your service. Deposits are non-refundable.
Refunds
Beauty Chemistry, LLC does not issue refunds for any reason after the service has been provided, including gift cards and deposits for services.
Working over other artists work
If you are coming from another salon and have previous work done, please choose the service option "Correction" when booking, which included neutralization of the previous color.
Studio etiquette & Children at the studio
Beauty Chemistry, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct, tardiness, no-shows, or any other situation we deem necessary.
Spm Ink has a waiting area, but the Beauty Chemistry suite cannot accommodate anyone but a client for sanitation purposes. Please limit the number of people who are waiting for you during your appointment outside the Beauty Chemistry suite. Children are not allowed in the studio due to sanitation, distraction and noise. We appreciate your understanding.
Clients under 18 years of age
We do not work on clients under 18 years of age.
Payment methods
Beauty Chemistry, LLC accepts cash, zelle, apple pay and credit card payments.
